Standard MC4 male and female photovoltaic connector harnesses. The cables adopt photovoltaic-specific XLPE double-insulated solar cables with red and black colors to distinguish positive and negative poles. One end is crimped and assembled with MC4 waterproof connectors, while the other end is stripped and tinned for easy connection to inverters, combiner boxes and energy storage batteries.
The MC4 connectors adopt a locking twist structure. Sealing rings deliver IP67 waterproof and dustproof performance. They feature reverse insertion prevention, flame retardancy and UV resistance, and are resistant to aging and cracking under long-term outdoor exposure to sunlight and rain. Conductors are made of high-purity tinned copper with excellent electrical conductivity, low temperature rise under high current and low circuit loss.
Custom wire cross-sections (2.5mm² /4mm² /6mm²) and arbitrary lengths are available. Male-only cables or matched sets of male and female cables can be produced separately. Widely applied to solar panels, residential energy storage systems, RV photovoltaic power supply and off-grid power generation projects. The products comply with TÜV and RoHS standards.
