3. High-strength Integral Injection Molding: The connector housing is made of ABS engineering plastic via integral injection molding, which is impact-resistant and anti-aging. The inner conductors are firmly combined with the connector, providing great tensile and bending resistance for long service life.
4. Male-Female Mating with Polarization Key: Standard M8 male and female connectors come with anti-misinsertion design to prevent reverse connection. Thread locking structure keeps the connection tight against loosening, vibration and detachment, suitable for mobile and vibrating equipment.
5. Multi-specification Compatibility: It supports simultaneous power and signal transmission via 4 cores, and is compatible with cables of different gauges made of PVC, TPE or silicone. A: The standard version is rated IP67, which can withstand rain splash and humid environments, but is not suitable for long-term immersion. We can customize IP68 versions for underwater use. All customized IP68 products will pass immersion tests before delivery to guarantee waterproof performance.

Q2: Can I customize the cable length and wire gauge?

A: Yes. We offer custom lengths from 0.3m to 10m. Wire gauges ranging from 20AWG to 26AWG are selectable based on your current requirements. Special cables such as high-temperature resistant silicone cables and flame-retardant cables are also available.

For higher current load, you can choose cables with larger wire gauges (e.g. 16AWG) or upgrade to larger waterproof connectors like M12/M16.
