Shenzhen Huajunxin Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest cable manufacturers in China to provide alarm cable solutions for Huawei mobile phone stores. Its core product, the “Type-C Charging Anti-theft Integrated Cable,” has been widely used in Huawei’s offline experience stores and authorized outlets, becoming a benchmark case for Huawei’s mid-to-high-end models.

1. Background: Huawei Stores’ Dual Needs of “Security – Experience”
Huawei mobile phone stores need to balance two major contradictions in their real-device displays:
On the one hand, high-end models (such as the P series and Mate series) have high unit prices and need to be protected against theft or malicious damage. Traditional “fixed locks” would restrict users’ hands-on experience.
On the other hand, display devices need to be continuously charged to maintain their power-on status. Ordinary data cables lack alarm functionality, and frequent plugging and unplugging can easily wear down the connectors.
Therefore, Huawei has specified clear technical specifications for the alarm cable: charging power ≥18W (compatible with fast charging), alarm response time <0.5 seconds, cable tensile strength ≥50N, and support for “seamless plugging and unplugging” (no false alarms triggered during normal user experience).
2. Customized Solutions from a Wire Manufacturer
Huiyang Electronics addressed Huawei’s needs by achieving technological breakthroughs in three dimensions: materials, structure, and chips.
Wire Material: Utilizing an environmentally friendly TPE elastic outer sheath (resistant to over 10,000 bends) + pure copper tin-plated wire core (charging loss <3%), balancing durability and charging efficiency, and compatible with Huawei’s SuperCharge fast charging protocol.
Anti-theft Structure: A miniature pressure sensor is built into the Type-C connector, and a tensile steel wire and signal transmission line are embedded in the middle of the wire. When the wire is cut or the connector is forcibly removed, the sensor immediately sends a signal to the matching anti-theft device, triggering a 90-110dB high-decibel alarm.
The wire length is uniformly 55cm, meeting user handheld comfort requirements while limiting device movement.
3. Implementation Results and Cooperation Extension
After undergoing “3 rounds of real-device testing + 1 year of store pilot testing” by Huawei’s supply chain, this cable has been supplied in bulk to over 1000 Huawei city-level experience stores in China:
Theft rate has decreased by 90%, and the false alarm rate is below 0.3% (mainly triggered by improper user operation, which can be avoided by adjusting the sensitivity of the anti-theft device);
Due to “stable charging + convenient disassembly,” store equipment maintenance costs have decreased by 40%, and user experience satisfaction has increased by 27%. Based on this cooperation, Huajunxin Electronics has further become a supplier of supporting cables for Huawei’s “3.5 Generation Experience Station,” and has extended its development to include a “retractable alarm cable” adapted for foldable screen phones.
