Q1: Can this cable be used directly for vehicle emergency jump start?
A1: The standard version is suitable for low-to-medium current charging and general power tapping. For emergency jump start, please select the customized version with thicker wire gauge and higher current rating to avoid overheating caused by instantaneous high current.
Q2: How about the clamping force of the alligator clips? Will they slip off easily?
A2: Designed with thickened copper sheets and high-tension springs, the clips deliver strong clamping force and stay firmly attached to standard battery terminals during regular use.
Q3: Can I customize the cable length?
A3: Yes. We support customization on cable length, wire gauge, terminal size and other parameters to create tailored solutions for your application scenarios.
Q4: How to distinguish positive and negative poles? What happens if connected reversely?
A4: Red stands for positive pole and black for negative pole. Reverse connection may cause device damage. Please double-check the marks before use. Using a reverse polarity protection module is highly recommended for extra safety.
Q5: Does the product come with a warranty?
A5: Standard warranty service is provided. After-sales support is available for quality issues not caused by human damage. Please contact customer service for detailed warranty terms.
