Built-in Fuse Holder for Safety Protection

Equipped with a waterproof and dustproof ABS fuse holder, compatible with fuses ranging from 1A to 30A (optional as required). The fuse will blow automatically in case of circuit overload or short circuit to protect the battery and on-board devices, and prevent safety hazards caused by overheated wires. The flip-top fuse holder features waterproof design, suitable for driving in rainy days and other harsh outdoor conditions.

SAE Quick Connector, Plug and Play

Adopts standard SAE male connector, compatible with SAE female ports of most mainstream on-board chargers, battery maintainers and vehicle devices. The connector is designed with reverse polarity prevention to avoid device damage from incorrect connection. A rubber dust and water cap is attached to shield the connector from dirt and rain when not in use.

Ring Terminal for Firm Power Connection

One end is fitted with tin-plated copper ring terminals, which can be securely fastened to battery terminals with screws. The connection stays tight and free from poor contact caused by vibration during driving. The tin-plated surface provides excellent anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion performance, ideal for long-term fixed power tapping from batteries.

Made of high-purity tinned copper wire (16AWG / 18AWG for option). It features low resistance and strong current-carrying capacity, ensuring stable high-current transmission with reduced voltage drop and wire heat generation.

The outer sheath is made of premium PVC/TPE material, which resists extreme temperatures, aging, oil and abrasion. It works steadily within a wide temperature range of -40℃ to +105℃, and serves reliably in high-temperature and oily environments such as engine bays.

Q1: Can this cable be used to charge car batteries directly?

A: Yes. Fasten the ring terminals to battery poles following the rule of red for positive and black for negative, then connect the SAE port to a battery charger or maintainer. The built-in fuse protects the battery and charger against short circuits.

Q2: Will the ring terminal fit my car battery?

A: We provide ring terminals with three common hole sizes: 6mm, 8mm and 10mm, which fit most battery terminal bolts of cars and motorcycles. Just inform us of your bolt size for matched customization.

Q3: How to select the proper fuse rating?

A: Calculate the current by dividing device power by voltage (12V DC). Choose a fuse with rating slightly higher than the operating current of the device. For example, select a 10A fuse for a 5A device to prevent frequent blowing while ensuring overload protection.

Q4: How is its waterproof performance? Will it short circuit in rainy days?

A: The SAE connector comes with a rubber dust and water cap, and the fuse holder adopts flip-top waterproof design. It works safely in light rain and during car washing. Extra protection for connectors is recommended for long-term exposure to sun and rain outdoors.
