2+4 New National Standard Lithium Battery Charge & Discharge Cable for Electric Bicycles

New National Standard 2+4 Charge-Discharge Plug Wiring Harness, compatible with lithium battery interfaces of New National Standard electric vehicles such as Ninebot and Niu Technologies. The plug is integrally injection-molded and equipped with an integrated pull handle for effortless plugging and unplugging, facilitating battery disassembly, assembly and adaptation. It contains 2 high-current power pins and 4 signal pins, enabling simultaneous transmission of power supply and communication signals.
The housing is made of high-strength flame-retardant PVC with excellent drop resistance and wear resistance. The cables adopt high-purity copper core power wires to support high-current charging and discharging, featuring good bending resistance and aging resistance. The cable end is designed with an anti-bending stress relief structure to prevent wire breakage after long-term repeated bending.
Customization of cable length and wire gauge is available on demand. Services including stripping and tinning, matched male and female connector sets and custom adapter wiring harnesses are supported.
